Istituto Marangoni confirm its commitment to the development of students’ talent and the strong bonds with exclusive brands in the design industry.
This year, the School has been able to rely on Damiani – leading company in the Italian manufacturing and trade sector of jewelry, expression of the Italian style worldwide – for the development of an educational partnership project during the Fine Jewellery Design Master’s course.
The students of Istituto Marangoni The School of Design in Milano have been asked to provide their personal interpretation of Damiani’s “D” through the design of a new ornament, capable of expressing the essence of goldsmith tradition imbued with contemporary accents, under the attentive guidance of Damiani’s Masterpieces-Jewellery VIP Customer Taylor Made creation and development manager and Fine Jewellery Design teacher Cristina Bagnari.
The projects have been submitted to the top managers of the company and the school alike: Giorgio Damiani – vice president of the Damiani Group, Cristina Bagnari, and Cristina Morozzi – Director of Education of Istituto Marangoni School of Design. “This partnership with Damiani has been a unique opportunity for the participants in the Fine Jewellery Design master’s course, who have had the chance to take a close look at one of the leading jewellery companies in the world” said Cristina Morozzi, Director of Education of Istituto Marangoni School of Design, “This confirms Istituto Marangoni’s attitude towards prestigious collaborations with leader companies in the reference industry, able to convey their outstanding excellence features and know-how, which represent the Italian style that has always been a reference point for our school.”
